Project

Title The Human Host and the parasites that love us!
Insects lice, mosquito, kissing bug, tick, biting fly
Description The students in my Science Club would love to investigate the morphological characteristics of human parasites. We have chosen (and been lucky to get) several common human parasites. We would like to compare and contrast sensory organs, mouths, eyes and legs of these parasites to get a deeper understanding of how they have evolved to use us as food and host. We will talk about how a parasites lifestyle is so successful and ways to protect ourselves from these animals.
