Project

Title host-parasits relationship
Insects ants, crickets, acarina
Description I am a biology teacher in the international french school of Washington DC. From last year, I lead a club with 12 students in partnership with a very famous scientist group in France : The CNRS. This year, we work about parasitism, and especially how some endoparasits can change the behavior of their host. It's why we would be very interesting to enjoy your electronic microscope for studying some specimens. Students will make a exhibition after that, and the other colleagues and members of the school will be invited to enjoy it. This school is very international and we have students of 64 differents nationalities (Most of them are from Europe and Africa), and many students are very interested about parasitism, some of them were concerned. My students and me really hope that this project will be possible. We hope to hear from you soon Bests regards, Vincent Lestra.
