Insects To Study various California native bugs
Project Description Pre-service teachers will be collecting their own insect samples for the session and posing questions prior to the session regarding the value of using microscopy and live-chat with scientists to build inquiry skills. They will also apply the use of Bugscope to cross-curricular connections in the K-6 classroom (i.e. science, math, language arts, technology, geography).

Where did you hear about Bugscope? I have been using Bugscope since 2000 and have worked with Umesh Thakkar, Scott Robinson, Chas Conway and Cate Wallace over the years to implement Buscope into the teacher preparations programs in which I have taught at Marquette and at CSU-East Bay.
