Project Description Students will complete activities to help them understand biodiversity, the importance of ones’ environment, and how a species’ adaptations aid its longterm survival. Students will also learn about biological classifications, characteristics of arthropods, and the function and parts of a scanning electron microscope. We will view the Nature video, “Silence of the Bees” and discuss the mystery surrounding the decline of the honeybee population.
